Теоретико-методологічні підходи до системного аналізу соціально-економІчних об´єктів, процесів, явищ

Abstract

В статті розглянутоважливість вивчення будь-яких соціально-економічних об'єктів, явищ або процесів, як систем. Визначена сутність даного поняття, виділені історичні передумови виникнення системного підходу і його характерні ознаки. Описана його методологічна специфіка, орієнтація на розкриття цілісності різноякісного об'єкта дослідження, забезпечення механізміввиявлення різноманітних типів зв'язків і зведення їх в єдину цілісну теоретичну картину.Складність соціально-економічних об’єктів, процесів, явищ обумовлює дотримання закону необхідної і достатньої різноманітності в проектуванніі функціонуваннібудь-яких соціально-економічних систем,що підвищуєїх ефективність.Отримані результати корисні для конструювання цілісної, несуперечливої теорії систем, яка є універсальною і застосовується до системно складних об'єктів і дозволяє розкрити суть явищ в усій повноті і адекватно моделювати складні різноякісні об’єкти, в тому числі соціально-економічні. The article discusses the importance of studying any socio-economic objects, phenomena or processes as systems. The essence of this concept has been determined, the historical prerequisites for the emergence of the system approach and its characteristic features have been highlighted. It describes its methodological specificity, focusing on the disclosure of the integrity of different-quality research objects, providing mechanisms for identifying various types of connections and bringing them together into a single holistic theoretical picture. In contrast to the analytical methods for the study of complex socio-economic objects, the most effective is the universal interdisciplinary method - the method of systematic approach. Substantiations have been given and the system limitations of the choice of the proposed approach have been indicated - the condition of the adequacy of the method and the object of research in terms of their systemic complexity. The complexity of socio-economic objects, processes and phenomena determines the observance of the law of necessary and sufficient diversity in the design and operation of any socio-economic systems, which increases their efficiency. Eight basic features were selected and systematized on the basis of nonidentical sets of system properties identified by different researchers. The described theoretical and methodological approaches to system analysis allow to reveal the essence of the phenomena in its entirety, to adequately model complex objects of different quality, including socio-economic objects. It is the systematic approach that makes it possible to calculate the risks and possible consequences of economic crises, natural and man-made disasters. It is practically difficult to warn or anticipate them with maximum accuracy. But using system analysis, one can develop a strategy for action in all possible scenarios. Using the interdisciplinary feature of system analysis, it is possible to develop a strategy for the state in any of the scenarios. The first option: rapid fall and the same rapid rise of the economy. The second option: fall and long-term stay "at the bottom", then recovery. The third option: a few waves of economic crisis. In each of these cases, maximum possible consideration of all factors and influences, both from the outside and from the inside, will be taken into account. In this case, a study will be conducted of a specific integral unit - the system. В статье рассмотрена важность изучения любых социально-экономических объектов, явлений или процессов, как систем. Определена сущность данного понятия, выделены исторические предпосылки возникновения системного подхода и его характерные признаки. Описана его методологическая специфика, ориентация на раскрытие целостности разнокачественных объектов исследования, обеспечение механизмов выявления различных типов связей и сведение их в единую целостную теоретическую картину. Сложность социально-экономических объектов, процессов, явлений обусловливает соблюдение закона необходимого и достаточного разнообразия в проектировании и функционировании любых социально-экономических систем, что повышает их эффективность. Полученные результаты полезны для конструирования целостной, непротиворечивой теории систем, которая является универсальной и применяется к системно сложным объектам, и позволяет раскрыть суть явлений во всей полноте, адекватно моделировать сложные разнокачественные объекты, в том числе социально-экономические.
