| Abstract: | A software and hardware complex was designed and developed to solve the task: statistical analysis of the influence of external factors on the potential performance of a person. A mathematical model has been developed to quantify the effectiveness of interaction with a computer keyboard. A method for analyzing the influence of external factors on the potential performance of a person at a computer has been developed. |
